Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, company (optional), your message, and whether you opted in to text messages.
Newsletter: your email address.
Technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) processed by our hosting provider to operate and protect the site. We do not use advertising cookies or sell ad data.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, send the newsletter you asked for, send the text messages you opted into, tell you about our services by email, and operate the site. We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use it for third-party advertising.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you check the SMS opt-in box on our contact form, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Alley Enterprises at the number you provided, starting with a confirmation of your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of doing business with us — the checkbox is optional, and we never text you without it. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information, phone numbers, or SMS opt-in data will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we use to run the business — our CRM and messaging platform, email delivery, and website hosting — and only so they can perform those services for us. We never sell personal information.
Email choices
When you submit an inquiry or subscribe to the newsletter, we may send you occasional emails about our services alongside the content you asked for. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our mailing address. You can also email info@alleyenterprises.com to be removed from any list.
Retention and your choices
We keep inquiry and subscriber records only as long as we have a business reason to. Email us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and we’ll take care of it.
